Service Description
Our comprehensive eye examination provides a detailed assessment of your vision and ocular health. It includes a thorough review of your medical, family and eye history, followed by an evaluation of your visual acuity, prescription, eye pressure and the internal and external structures of the eyes. Your results will be explained clearly, with personalised recommendations for treatment, monitoring or follow-up care. A comprehensive eye examination can help identify and monitor a wide range of conditions, including: -Vision and focusing conditions: Short-sightedness, long-sightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia. -Corneal and anterior eye conditions: Dry eye, blepharitis, allergies, infections, corneal abnormalities and cataracts. -Retinal and macular conditions: Age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears and other retinal disorders. -Optic nerve conditions: Glaucoma and other conditions affecting the optic nerve. -Eye coordination and muscle conditions: Problems with eye alignment, movement, focusing and binocular vision. -Indicators of general health conditions: Ocular signs associated with diabetes, high blood pressure and certain neurological or systemic conditions.
